Exam Prep Guarantee: Terms & Conditions

1. The student must attend all four days of a public or private session delivery of the Striumph Learning Exam Prep Boot Camp. This requirement applies to the first instance of taking the course as well as any subsequent retakes of the course.
    
2. The student must take the exam within 14 days of completing the course.
    
3. Striumph will pay for the 2^nd and 3^rd failed exam re-take at the member price ($275).
    
4. Students who do not pass the exam after taking the course for the first time may request to retake the course by contacting Customer Service. To qualify for a retake, students must either fax (877-820-4536) or email their exam score sheet to Striumph Learning.
    
5. Any student may enroll for free in any public Exam Prep Boot Camp offered during the six months following the date of the exam for which a score sheet was submitted.
    
6. Students retaking the course are required to use the materials and books distributed to them in their original course session. Failure to provide these materials will result in the student being charged for replacement materials.
    
7. Students must retake the exam within 14 days of completing the retake of the course.
    
8. A student who fails to pass the exam on the third attempt may request a refund of the course fee LESS an administrative fee of $450 and exam re-take fees paid by Striumph.  To request a course refund after failing the exam for the third time, the student must fax the failed exam with a letter requesting a refund within 7 business days of the third failed exam.
